I no longer accept insurance and my cash fees are $195 for 90 minutes and $150 for 60 minutes sessions.  I will treat trauma, complex grief and loss, marital and relational issues.  I have limited sessions available and will provide an initial phone call to determine if I am a good fit for your issues.

Thank you for visiting my site.  I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor with 44 years of professional experience treating individuals, couples, and families.

I am currently accepting clients for in person as well as virtual sessions, and am primarily seeing individuals for trauma, high anxiety, depression, grief, and emotion regulation (including anger and impulse control issues) using Brainspotting technique. I have been trained by the President of International Association of Trauma Professionals.  I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  I have helped many people overcome PTSD symptoms and high anxiety in two to four sessions.
